This project explores sound-motion relationships by animating vocal intonation through typography. Using Silk Sonic’s Leave the Door Open, the animation captures tonal shifts, pauses, and emotions.Through precise timing and dynamic movement, it highlights pitch, flow, and tempo for an immersive experience.
Concept
The focus was on capturing the feeling of having a crush and the sweet, romantic essence of complimenting someone you admire. The selected lyrics—filled with playful flirts, heartfelt confessions, and romantic gestures—perfectly align with the emotions of excitement, warmth, and charm that come with infatuation.
